Animus AI Blocker

Animus AI Blocker Android Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-12

Scope and current availability

This policy covers the Animus AI Blocker Android app. Android is currently in private testing. The free evaluation service is active; Google Play purchases are not yet enabled. This page does not claim that the app is available on Google Play. The free browser extension has a separate policy. This policy is not a promise of native iOS protection.

Native-feed protection is optional

If you enable Animus AI Blocker's Accessibility service, it reads short visible interface labels, the supported app/window identity and on-screen post bounds. It processes these on your device to recognize supported AI-generation declarations and position reversible covers. Window changes, focus and lock-state signals help remove covers when you leave the app. Content in unrelated apps is not inspected. Raw interface values, accessibility trees and temporary post references are processed in memory, not kept as browsing history.

The separately controlled experimental pause feature can activate a player's Pause control or use a bounded tap fallback in supported short-video players. Pausing is not guaranteed. Animus AI Blocker never automatically scrolls, skips, likes, shares or posts. You can disable protection, an individual app, the pause feature or Accessibility access.

No feed text, screenshots, media, social accounts or post identifiers are uploaded to Animus AI Blocker. Unlabelled content stays visible: this version does not use a visual AI detector. Preferences and bounded numerical diagnostic summaries remain on the device. System logs may contain platform names and fixed outcome codes, not feed text or post URLs. Diagnostic exports are copied only when you request them and are not sent automatically.

Debug-only file checking

The production app does not offer a shared-file checker. In debug builds only, you can select or share one image or video. Animus AI Blocker uses temporary file access to inspect up to the first 4 MiB in memory. It reports unverified origin tags, not proof of AI generation or authenticity. Missing tags do not mean that a file is authentic. Animus AI Blocker uploads none of the file and keeps no copy. It does not request photo-library, persistent file-access or screen-capture permission. The original stays with its provider; that provider may download a cloud file or create a temporary copy before sharing it.

Free evaluation and access verification

Starting free access is your choice and requires no payment details. On confirmation, Animus AI Blocker sends a random installation identifier and fresh request nonce over HTTPS to its Cloudflare-hosted access service. Cloudflare D1 stores a SHA-256 representation of the identifier and the original trial start time. These are pseudonymous, not anonymous, records. We do not use a hardware identifier, email or feed history for trial eligibility.

The free period lasts 14 days. Access checks return signed, time-limited permission to run protection. Local access information is stored privately in the app. You need to reconnect at least every 72 hours and after restarting your phone; access ends sooner if the trial or subscription expires. Reinstalling can create a new installation record. There is no Animus AI Blocker sign-in account, and no charge occurs automatically at trial expiry.

Complimentary access codes

When supplied with a complimentary code, you can enter it under Help and privacy. Verifying sends the code, a random installation ID and a fresh nonce over HTTPS to our access service. The service compares the code against server-held cryptographic hashes and returns signed access. This flow does not create a trial or a purchase, and does not store an installation-to-code record in our database. No feed data is sent. The code is encrypted using Android Keystore on your device for subsequent checks; backups are disabled. Remove saved code stops this access locally and deletes the saved credential. Support can revoke a code; already issued offline access can last up to 72 hours. Code verification has the same hosting/network processing described below. Complimentary access does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

When Google Play subscriptions become available

Purchasing is optional and requires explicit confirmation through Google Play. Google handles payment details; Animus AI Blocker does not receive card numbers. Purchase or restore sends Google Play purchase tokens, the installation identifier and a nonce to Animus AI Blocker's access service. The service asks Google to verify subscription status, expiry and acknowledgement before issuing signed access. Trial and paid-access records are separate on the device.

The planned payment service uses Google Play's verification API and a Google Pub/Sub notification queue. Notifications include purchase tokens. Animus AI Blocker's service does not keep a separate permanent history of raw purchase tokens. It stores hashes and timestamps of unresolved receipts until they are reconciled, plus a job-health record. Hashing does not make a record anonymous. Live payment credentials and the notification queue are not yet configured; we will update this policy with their actual retention before enabling sales.

Uninstalling or disabling Animus AI Blocker does not cancel a subscription. Use Google Play's subscription management to cancel renewal. Trial-data deletion does not cancel billing or delete Google's payment records. Support, reveal, disable and restore remain available without payment. Animus AI Blocker includes no advertising SDK or separate feed-usage analytics service. Google Play Billing includes its own diagnostic transport, described below.

Retention and deletion

Trial start records are kept to remember an installation's original free period until you request deletion. There is currently no automatic trial-record expiry.

In Animus AI Blocker, open Help and privacy → Request trial-data deletion. After confirmation, this stops local free access and copies a private lookup code. Email the code to faizakhan1485@gmail.com and request deletion. Copying the code sends nothing and does not delete the server record. Do not publish it or send passwords, purchase tokens or private media. Avoid restarting free access while we process the request. If you already uninstalled or cleared app data, contact support; without the original code we may be unable to identify the pseudonymous record.

We delete the identified active trial record after processing your request. Cloudflare D1 point-in-time recovery can retain older database states for up to 30 days, depending on the hosting plan. Deletion does not immediately erase those recovery copies. We retain the deletion lookup code in the private support record so completed deletions can be reapplied if a database is restored. Animus AI Blocker does not maintain additional scheduled trial database exports. Independent provider security records may follow different retention.

Support correspondence, including a deletion request code when supplied, is kept while the request is active and for up to 90 days after closure, unless a legal or security reason requires longer. Removing the trial record may allow a later trial to start again. Clearing app data removes local preferences and access information, not server records.

Service providers and network data

The website and access service use Cloudflare Workers and D1. Network requests expose IP addresses, request times and other delivery/security metadata to Cloudflare. Animus AI Blocker has disabled Worker application log collection for the access service and does not add request-body or feed logging. This does not promise zero independent provider logs. Cloudflare controls its own records and retention. The app's Internet permission is used for access and purchase verification and the Billing SDK's diagnostic transport, not uploading your feed or chosen files.

The app initializes Google Play Billing when it opens, including before a trial or purchase starts, to check and restore subscription access. Google's Billing Library includes a diagnostic logger and transport to Google. It can send billing-operation diagnostics and related app/device/network information independently of Animus AI Blocker's manually copied support reports. Disabling sales on Animus AI Blocker's server does not disable that SDK. We do not provide your feed content to it. Google's handling and retention of its SDK records follow Google's terms and privacy policy; the Animus AI Blocker trial-record deletion process does not delete Google's independent records.

If you email support, email services receive your address, message and attachments. Send only what is needed for the issue. Providers may process data outside your country. Google's own payment and platform records are governed separately by Google's policies.
